WE’VE BEEN ACQUIRED! 

Ribbonlift Inc. is happy to announce that its assets have been purchased by a subsidiary of Imagility Inc., a holding company that provides resources to growing technology businesses.  Ribbonlift Inc.’s employees have joined the new company and will continue to develop and sell Ribbonlift products. 

The new company, Ribbonlift Acquisition Inc., will (at least initially) conduct business using the Ribbonlift name.  However, please be aware that Ribbonlift Inc. and Ribbonlift Acquisition Inc. are separate companies with different ownership, and that only Ribbonlift Inc. is responsible for the Ribbonlift business before May 17, 2006.  If you have questions regarding Ribbonlift Inc.’s former operations, please contact Dan Paine at dan.paine@ribbonlift.com.
